We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PMO with strong analytical abilities, a systemic mindset, and proven experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment. Role Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain integrated project work plans * Lead risk management, identify bottlenecks, and analyze critical paths * Coordinate and synchronize cross-functional interfaces across multiple engineering domains * Manage budget planning & control — from proposal stage through ongoing reporting to project closure * Build and present a comprehensive project status view to management and customers Requirements: * Relevant Bachelor’s degree — mandatory * 3+ years of experience as a PMO in large organizations — mandatory * Strong familiarity with SAP or an equivalent large-scale ERP system * Knowledge of lean planning and control methodologies: Agile / Lean / Six Sigma * Proficiency with planning tools such as MS Project and/or Primavera — mandatory
