– Special Mission Aircraft זיהוי דרישה: 5563 מיקום גאוגרפי: מרכז חברה: ElbitSystems עיר: We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Special Mission Aircraft Business Unit in Holon Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for program management and execution , including customer relations, contractor management, budget control, meeting project milestones, and driving all relevant stakeholders within the organization Requirements B.Sc. in Electronics, Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant engineering fields Background in Business Administration – an advantage Proven and significant experience in managing technological programs Strong command of English – including document writing, professional communication, and email correspondence Understanding of procurement processes, contractual terms, work plan development, and writing Statements of Work (SOW) Experience in budget allocation and management Strong interpersonal communication skills, and experience in working in a matrix environment System-of-systems level thinking and understanding Experience in aerospace projects – an advantage Experience in working with international customers – an advantage * Only suitable candidates will be contacted
