About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and driven Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and the defense sector. This role is an opportunity to shape mission-critical solutions, work closely with clients, and drive execution excellence in one of the most innovative fields today. Responsibilities * Lead programs end-to-end: from initiation through delivery—ensuring excellence in quality, timelines, and budget control * Operate in a fast-paced matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across internal teams to achieve shared objectives * Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building trust and ensuring expectations are not only met but consistently exceeded * Identify and capture new business opportunities within ongoing programs, contributing to overall program success * Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, regulations, and security protocols at all times Requirements * 7+ years of proven program/project management experience in the technology sector * Direct experience in the defense industry – mandatory * Engineering background (software or hardware) – mandatory * Strong technical understanding of complex systems and AI-based solutions * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear and precise messages * Proven ability to lead engagements and play a key role in negotiations * Excellent task management and prioritization skills * Ability to motivate and drive teams within a matrix organization * Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with international business environments and security standards – an advantage * Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages – a strong plus * Willingness to travel internationally as needed
