שתף משרה זו Program Manager זיהוי דרישה: 5672 מיקום גאוגרפי: דרום חברה: ElbitSystems עיר: שדרות Elsec, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems and a key player in Israel’s defense high-tech industry, is looking for a Program Manager for its Sderot site Role Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary development project at the forefront of defense technologies Drive innovation and integrate advanced technological capabilities into company systems Provide operational insight into electro-optics and develop solutions tailored to mission needs Build and strengthen business relationships Oversee system delivery to customers and support throughout the entire project lifecycle Requirements Relevant Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred) Master’s degree – strong advantage Proven experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects At least 5 years of managerial experience Strong leadership skills, ability to set and achieve goals Business acumen and marketing capabilities Experience managing cross-organizational interfaces Ability to work in a matrix environment with excellent interpersonal skills Familiarity with electro-optics – advantage Familiarity/experience in intelligence and reconnaissance domains – advantage High-level English proficiency * Only suitable candidates will be contacted
