This new unit will leverage cutting-edge AI and Generative AI technologies to develop advanced solutions that enhance business processes, decision-making, and client experiences. The team fosters a culture of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration, combining deep technical expertise with strategic business insight. What you’ll do? * Plan, execute, and monitor proofs of concept (PoCs), pilots, and projects based on Generative AI * Identify, evaluate, and integrate innovative Gen AI solutions into organizational workflows * Define and refine business requirements, aligning solutions with business needs, and design end-to-end solutions while evaluating and adapting technological options * Manage technology vendors, startups, and consultants, including drafting agreements and monitoring performance * Coordinate and mediate between external vendors and internal teams such as integration, DevOps, and information security What are we looking for? * At least 5 years of experience in technology product management * Minimum 1 year of experience managing AI or advanced technology products * Experience managing technology vendors and partners * Strong business acumen and ability to analyze business processes Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 9 hours per day, hybrid Rishon LeZion, The 1000 complex, adjacent to Moshe Dayan Railway
