Job Description We’re looking for a Full Stack Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own how people discover and build with Base
44. You'll lead projects from strategy to execution, ensuring the final product reaches users effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is AI-native, leveraging AI as a core part of their workflow to gain speed and agility. You'll experiment, innovate, and help shape the future of software development. In Your Day-to-day, You Will * Lead product launches from start to finish, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and execution * Create product pages, campaigns, and customer stories that explain what Base44 does and why it matters * Use AI as your default starting point for tasks like research, content writing, visuals, and layouts, refining outputs to perfection * Test different messages to understand what drives sign-ups and engagement * Document successful strategies, including messaging docs, launch checklists, and competitor notes, to streamline future projects * Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Creative teams to introduce new features to users Qualifications * 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role at a tech company or startup * Default "AI-first" approach for tasks, with proven experience in building with AI (e.g., automated workflows, content generation, research agents) * Track record of staying up-to-date with new releases and capabilities, and a strong understanding of the web * Proven experience in fast-paced, high-pressure startup environments with shifting priorities * Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics * Background in independently driving marketing strategy within small, agile teams Additional Information We're Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how products and apps get built.
