Key Responsibilities
• Lead the entire lifecycle of assigned products and features from idea to launch and ongoing optimization
• Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders, translate them into clear specifications and priorities
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, integrations, and business units to deliver technology solutions including applications, back office tools and APIs
• Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data driven decisions aligned with business objectives
• Support cross team communication and provide transparent updates on product progress
• Drive discovery by researching industry trends, regulations, and customer needs in the payments field
• Partner with risk, compliance, finance, and banking teams to ensure products meet security and regulatory standards
• Define and refine the user experience and interface of assigned products to ensure usability and consistency
• Use AI based design tools to create prototypes, wireframes, and user flows to accelerate the design process Requirements:
• 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager with technological products such as applications, back office systems, or APIs
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to write clear and actionable product requirements
• Understanding of product metrics, KPIs, and user needs
• Familiarity with UX and UI design principles and Agile practices (Jira, Confluence)
• Advantage: Experience with fraud prevention, risk scoring, and chargeback handling
