We're looking for a Product Manager – Optical Seeker Systems Development for our Missile and Space Systems Division. The Position includes: Lead the development of advanced optical seeker systems in one of the world’s leading defense technology companies. This is a rare opportunity to drive cutting-edge projects that integrate advanced algorithms, electro-optics, and artificial intelligence. As the Product Manager, you will oversee these groundbreaking projects, taking full managerial and operational responsibility for optical seeker development.Program Leadership: Define the project roadmap, manage schedules, and maintain strict oversight of development progress. * Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and align multi-disciplinary development teams (electronics, software, electro-optics, and algorithmic teams) to achieve project goals. * Risk Management & Control: Identify potential obstacles, proactively manage risks, and provide management solutions for anomalies, malfunctions, or delays. * Customer Interface: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, present project progress, and manage expectations throughout the product lifecycle. * Decision-Making: Prioritize tasks and manage resources, balancing specification requirements with execution capabilities.
