– from discovery and ideation to delivery and impact. This is a builder role with real ownership where you'll work cross-platform across multiple products, deeply understand customer needs, technology, and business goals, and translate them into clear, high-quality product execution. Your first mission: deeply understand the existing product, market, and business, and help turn that understanding into focus, clarity, and measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities * Own product metrics and outcomes, not just feature delivery * Run customer discovery with enterprise customers and partners * Translate strategy and insights into clear PRDs and product requirements * Manage features from concept to launch, including prioritization and trade-offs * Work closely with engineering and design throughout execution * Perform acceptance testing and ensure high product quality * Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product * Conduct market and competitive research in the AI space * Collaborate daily with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing Requirements * 2+ years of experience in a tech company (Product-oriented role) * Strong technical understanding * Experience with or strong interest in AI/Generative AI products (LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI tools) * Builder mindset
