We are looking for a Product Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing Engineering team, leading complex electro-optical products from design through serial production This role combines hands-on work on production lines with in-depth technical investigations and problem-solving in advanced military systems within a multidisciplinary environment Responsibilities Provide engineering leadership for products on production lines, ensuring real-time support and troubleshooting Perform detailed investigations at the electronic board level, analyze failures, and resolve complex technical issues Participate in design reviews and support NPI processes Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors in Israel and abroad, delivering day-to-day engineering support Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation, implement engineering changes to improve product quality and production efficiency Update technical documentation, work instructions, and engineering drawings Work closely with development, integration, and production teams in an international environment Train and support technical teams on production lines, both locally and overseas Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Minimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably in production or integration of complex systems Experience in electronic board investigation Strong hands-on skills – a significant advantage (soldering, testing, debugging) Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings Broad system-level understanding, creative thinking, and strong analytical problem-solving skills High service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication across multiple interfaces (R&D, production, suppliers, etc.) Experience working with subcontractors locally and overseas – an advantage High motivation, professional curiosity, and a continuous drive to learn and grow Only suitable applicants will be contacted* #Sderot
