We are seeking a Procurement Manager to build and lead Pango’s procurement processes end-to-end. This role includes ownership of supplier management, contract oversight, commercial negotiations, and implementation of procurement policies and tools, while maintaining a practical, flexible, scale-up mindset. Responsibilities: * Develop and manage end-to-end procurement processes (P2P), including policies, approvals, and supplier onboarding. * Create and own a centralized vendor & contract repository, including renewals, SLA tracking, and visibility of recurring spend. * Lead commercial negotiations for SaaS, cloud, technology, marketing, and operational services. * Partner with senior stakeholders (Finance, CTO, Product, Marketing) to align procurement with business needs. * Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and create transparency for budgeting and FP&A teams. Establish procurement KPIs and governance practices. . Requirements: * 3–6 years of procurement experience in a tech/SaaS/startup or scale-up environment. * Strong experience in contract management and commercial negotiations. * Solid financial understanding, including contract review and budget impact. * High proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or procurement systems (Priority – advantage). * Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch, operate independently, and collaborate with senior leadership. * Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch, operate independently, and collaborate with senior leadership. * Strong interpersonal skills, combining assertiveness with service orientation.
