Presales Solutions Engineer We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team and play a key role in the positioning and delivery of our Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) solution, as well as the implementation of GIS platforms (ArcGIS), across rail, energy, and smart mobility projects. This role combines presales, product involvement, and hands-on system integration and delivery. You will work closely with customers and internal teams, contributing to both winning new projects and successfully delivering them. What you’ll do Presales & Customer Engagement * Support technical proposals, solution design, and customer presentations * Conduct demos and translate customer needs into structured solutions Product & Backlog Management * Support backlog management (JIRA), user stories, and feature validation * Contribute to product evolution based on project and market needs Documentation & Project Delivery * Prepare and maintain technical documentation (ICDs, design docs, test plans) * Support system delivery, integration, and testing (FAT, SIT, SAT) * Act as a technical reference during project execution Requirements * ~5+ years of experience in system integration, software engineering, or similar roles * Experience in presales or customer-facing technical roles * Experience writing technical documentation (ICDs, detailed design, test plans) * Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Elastic/Kibana, or similar * Ability to bridge technical, product, and customer perspectives * Strong communication and presentation skills * Fluent Hebrew and English Why join Axioma * Direct impact on both winning projects and delivering them end-to-end * Hybrid role combining presales, product, and hands-on engineering * Work on real-world infrastructure systems (rail, energy, smart mobility) * Opportunity to take ownership and influence product and technical decisions * Fast growth environment with exposure to multiple domains and responsibilities * Collaborative, hands-on team with direct access to decision-makers * Flexible, trust-based working approach * Offices in Netanya (Sapir area), walking distance from the train station
