Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-Sales Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of AWS technical products and be able to provide expert guidance to our sales team throughout the pre-sales process. As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing presale support to our clients, including demonstrations, documentation, proof-of-concept presentations, and other technical materials. You will also work closely with our delivery and sales teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and integrated. As a trusted customer advocate, the Pre-Sales Cloud Solution Architect helps customers adopt advanced cloud-based solutions and migrate existing on-premises workloads to the cloud. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape and execute a strategy to build mindshare and broad adoption of AWS technologies. Summary Of Key Responsibilities * Customer Success & Consulting: Act as a technical advisor to align AWS infrastructure with customer business goals, removing blockers and driving operational excellence. * Workload Onboarding: Lead the smooth migration and integration of new customer workloads into AllCloud’s managed services platform. * Application Delivery & IaC: Own the full application stack lifecycle, including the management of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). * Infrastructure Hygiene: Execute end-to-end Patch Management (OS/Apps) and maintain automated Backup & Restore services to ensure data integrity and security. * Operational Stability: Monitor system performance, manage capacity, and ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Collaborative Support: Work with AWS and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and optimize cloud service performance. Requirements * Cloud Expertise: Proven experience managing complex environments on AWS. Familiarity with AWS Solutions Architect frameworks is a significant plus. * Automation & IaC: Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and building robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline). * System Administration: Deep knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, including automated patch management and security hardening. * Data Protection: Experience with enterprise-grade Backup & Restore solutions and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning. * Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value. Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred. * Problem Solving: A "deep dive" mentality to troubleshoot performance issues and resolve complaints related to cloud service delivery.
