About the Role We are looking for a Pre-Sales AI Engineer to support customer engagements for the ActionAI platform. This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on solution design, AI workflow creation, and Proof of Concept (POC) delivery. You will work with potential customers in pre-scheduled meetings to understand their needs, design AI-based solutions, and build working POCs that demonstrate real business value. This role is open to: * Customer-facing engineers with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI, automation, or technical pre‑sales / support engineering roles * Candidates with practical experience implementing AI solutions (beyond academic projects), including integrating multiple systems and supporting real customers * Candidates fully comfortable working directly with English-speaking clients in a customer-facing role, with excellent spoken and written English Key Responsibilities * Participate in pre-sales meetings with potential customers * Understand customer business processes, challenges, and success criteria * Design AI-based workflows using the ActionAI platform * Define and deliver Proof of Concepts (POCs), including: Workflow architecture, Data mapping and required datasets, Success metrics and validation criteria * Prepare Statements of Work (SOW) for POCs * Build and configure workflows directly on the ActionAI platform * Apply AI concepts such as: Prompt engineering, AI agents and orchestration, Transforming business processes into AI-driven workflows * Use Python for integrations, data processing, automation, or custom logic * Present solutions and POCs clearly to customers (technical and non-technical audiences) * Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to refine solutions Required Skills & Qualifications AI & Technical Skills * Strong understanding of AI fundamentals (LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, orchestration) * Mandatory experience with Python * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Familiarity with integrating multiple systems (APIs, data pipelines, or workflow tools) Customer-Facing & Communications * Excellent English communication and presentation skills * Fully comfortable working directly with customers * Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, structured way to both technical and non-technical audiences * Strong presentation skills * Ability to independently lead or co-lead customer technical engagements Professional Experience * Relevant academic background in: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering 1-2 years of hands-on experience in one of more of the following: * Experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, AI consulting, or automation * Support / implementation roles in AI or software companies * Delivering POCs, pilots, or production workflows for real customers Nice to Have * Experience with no-code / low-code platforms * Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) * Experience with APIs, integrations, or data pipelines * Background in workflow automation or business process optimization What Success Looks Like * Clear understanding of customer needs and requirements * Well-designed, effective POCs aligned with business goals and success criteria * High-quality AI workflows built on the ActionAI platform * Confident, professional communication in a customer-facing technical role * Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and collaborate effectively with internal teams * Smooth transition from POC to production opportunities for customers
