About the Role As a Pre and Post Sales Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for customers before and after they purchase their software license – helping them define requirements, install, configure, and make the most out of their new tools. You’ll work directly with clients, guide them through the sales process by demonstrating software capabilities, solve technical challenges, and ensure everything runs smoothly through the transition to production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment – a self-starter who enjoys working with others to move projects forward, learn new technologies, and make an impact. Key Responsibilities
• Provide Pre Sale and Post Sale support
• Provide hands-on support and help customers troubleshoot issues
• Deliver POC's and live product demonstrations that showcase product value and solve real costumer challenges
• Train users and walk them through product features and best practices
• Be the main point of contact for technical questions
• Collaborate with sales teams and other Implementation Specialists to ensure customer success
• Implement and configure IT software solutions for current and new customers
• Document processes and suggest improvements to make things run even better
• Create technical guides, documentation, and other support materials to help customers and internal teams use the products effectively
• Stay curious

• Passion for technology with a strong desire to learn, explore new solutions, and stay current with IT trends
• Solid understanding of software licensing and SaaS business models
• Strong communication and costumer service skills
• Understands technology well in a business context
• Quick learning abilities of systems and processes
• Team-player; knowing how to work in a team
• Bachelor’s degree and fluency in both English and Hebrew
