Senior PMO Mertens
– MalamTeam is hiring a Senior PMO for a large organization in Modi’in. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced PMO to support and lead planning, governance, control, and methodology processes across projects and products in a leading technology organization. The role includes ongoing work with development units, building annual and quarterly work plans, analyzing data and generating insights, identifying process bottlenecks, and leading improvement and optimization initiatives, while ensuring alignment between tasks, goals, and organizational needs. Requirements: * At least 4 years of experience in technology project management and control (PMO) * Experience supporting complex technology projects in Agile and hybrid methodologies * Experience building work plans, leading control processes, and managing dependencies across units * Experience in process improvement, organizational methods, and removing organizational bottlenecks * Deep familiarity with Agile / SAFe / Scrum methodologies * Proficiency in project management tools, with an advantage for monday.com
