Plant & Production Manager A leading industrial company is seeking a senior Plant & Production Manager with overall responsibility for Production, Manufacturing Technologies, and Maintenance. The role includes full accountability for manufacturing performance, equipment availability, quality, safety, budget control, and continuous improvement of processes and technologies. Requirements:
• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering & Management – mandatory
• 15+ years of production management experience – mandatory
• Maintenance management experience – a significant advantage
• Manufacturing technologies management experience – a significant advantage
• Very good English proficiency
