תיאור החברה Join us for an exciting opportunity to take a key role in maintaining and operating the electrical infrastructure at TAPI, one of the most advanced active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) plants in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of complex electrical systems that support continuous manufacturing. You will work at the heart of the plant’s daily operations, ensuring system availability, compliance with strict safety standards, and supporting production teams in achieving their goals. This is your chance to apply your technical expertise in a practical, hands-on environment and be part of a team that keeps a world-class facility running smoothly. תיאור התפקיד * Operate and maintain electrical systems: Ensure reliable and safe operation of all electrical infrastructure across the plant, including preventive and corrective maintenance. * Execute infrastructure and system projects: Support and implement projects for upgrading or installing electrical systems required for production continuity and site needs. * Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards: Adhere to national regulations, site procedures, and industry standards to maintain safe and compliant operations in high-voltage and industrial environments. * Work with cross-functional teams and contractors: Cooperate with production, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams, and oversee contractors and electricians to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time. * Support efficiency improvements: Identify maintenance-related improvements to enhance equipment reliability, energy efficiency, and safe plant operations. * Provide technical support to operations: Troubleshoot electrical issues, assist production lines, and guide maintenance teams in resolving technical challenges. * Train and mentor employees: Share knowledge and provide training on electrical topics to electricians and other staff, strengthening the plant’s internal expertise. כישורים נדרשים * B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with a valid Licensed Electrical Engineer certification. * Proven experience with high-voltage and power systems. * Minimum of 5 years of industrial experience, preferably in the chemical industry. * Proficiency in AutoCAD – an advantage. * High computer literacy, including MS Office, email, and ERP systems. * Strong ability to work with multiple interfaces and coordinate cross-functional activities.
