Manage, coach, and develop planners; set priorities and ensure strong execution Accountable for spare parts availability and customer service performance across regions Own and govern MRP processes to balance availability, inventory, and cost Ensure material readiness for NPIs, ECOs, and product transitions Drive inventory KPIs including excess, obsolescence, and turns Lead cross
• functional actions to mitigate shortages, risks, and delivery gaps Improve planning processes, data quality, and system usage Define, monitor, and review planning KPIs; lead regular planning reviews Requirements What should you have? B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent 5+ years in planning / materials / supply chain roles, including people management Strong knowledge of ERP & MRP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred) Solid understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP interfaces Fluent English; able to lead discussions with global teams Proven experience managing and developing planners or supply chain teams Strong background in materials / spare parts planning, MRP, and inventory management Comfortable making decisions in a high
