* Physical research and modeling of complex waveguide structures * Construct novel simulation tools to study, analyze and optimize complex waveguide structures. * Design and carry out experiments to validate simulation tools. * Design and optimize augmented reality waveguides, in a highly interdisciplinary environment Requirements: * Curious, independent and self-driven, with excellent learning capabilities * Excellent analytic skills * Experienced in modeling of physical systems. * Strong background in optics and electro-optics * Strong background in computation methods and simulation tools * Proficient in Matlab, experienced in programming. * Team player, good interpersonal communication skills * Ph.D in Physics / Electrical Engineering specializing in optics * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills * Self-motivated and eager to take responsibility and deliver results. * Works well under pressure * Fluent English
