An excellent company in Ramat Gan is looking for a Office Manager
• Personal Assistant to the Chairman in Israel office. Key responsibilities:
• Manage the Chairman’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and arranging conference calls.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation.
• Running all errands needed by the chairman.
• Provide administrative support to the Chairman and his team, including drafting and proofreading emails, preparing PP presentations, and organizing files.
• Assist in the planning and coordinating of company events and meetings, managing a small office of 10 employees.
• Manage office expenses and prepare expense reports. Desirable qualities:
