Key Responsibilities: * Lead, Develop and guide the payroll team in the monthly payroll process. * Accomplish the organization’s other payroll process objectives, including relationships with internal and external partners. * Keep up to date with relevant regulations/legislation, taking action and implementing changes where necessary. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or related field. * Over 8 years of payroll or closely related experience. * Managerial skills and the ability to motivate and manage others’ performance. * Superb multitasking and organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills. * High level of experience with Excel
