Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Specialist located in Yehud Monosson. The Payroll Specialist will oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include administering employee payroll, managing garnishments, processing payroll taxes, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payroll discrepancies and maintain confidentiality of payroll information. Qualifications * Proficiency in Payroll Administration and Payroll Services * Experience with Payroll Processing, including managing schedules and deadlines * Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related compliance requirements * Ability to handle Garnishments and maintain payroll accuracy * Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail * Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Michpal, and Shiklulit. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Previous experience in a similar payroll or HR role is highly beneficial * Knowledge of Israeli labor and tax laws is an advantage
