Job Information: As a Payroll Accountant, you will be responsible for the monthly payroll cycle of our employees. This job is part of the payroll team in the HR department. It is a full time, temporary (approx. 7 months) position with a possibility of becoming regular. What You’ll Do
• Overview daily payroll operations in our company.
• Calculate net salaries considering deductions and oversee employee pay checks
• Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate
• Update payroll files
• Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules
• Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting and taxes
• Be a point of contact for employees regarding payroll issues and questions What You’ll Need
• Payroll accountant certification
• Experience with Malam software

• Proven payroll accountant experience in a big company (700+ employees) – at least 3 years
• High level of Excel command (PIVOT and VLOOKUP)

• Proficient with HR Information Systems and recruiting software – advantage
• Approachable personality and good communication skills
• High level of discreet operation
• Analytical, organized and detail-oriented person
