About the Role * Leading strategic engagements for hiring employees through external vendors * Managing commercial negotiations worth millions of dollars – locally and internationally * Ongoing work with multiple internal stakeholders and end-to-end project management * Handling procurement requirements, procurement committees, price quotes, and contractual engagements * Full responsibility for procurement processes in SAP – from request to payment * Working in a dynamic, multitasking environment with multiple internal customers * Direct impact on meeting goals, timelines, and service quality What We’re Looking For * Relevant academic degree: Industrial Engineering & Management / Business Administration / Social Sciences * At least 3 years of experience in outsourcing and/or work packages * In-depth familiarity with the labor market in engineering and manufacturing fields * Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and business-oriented mindset * High service orientation, discretion, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills * Willingness to work intensively and put in overtime when required
