• end processes using value stream mapping to identify waste, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities Develop and implement standard work, SOPs, and best practices Provide ongoing support to the VP Operations in day

• day operational management Define, track, and analyze operational KPIs (cycle time, yield, cost, throughput, quality) Build dashboards and reports to support data
