We are looking for an Office manager to support the daily operations of our office in Israel. The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. As part of the HR team, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient, welcoming, and enjoyable work environment for all employees. What You’ll Be Responsible For: * Managing the reception area and handling calls, correspondence, and visitors * Coordinating couriers, deliveries, and mail * Booking flights and organizing business travel arrangements for employees * Opening and managing purchase orders (POs) and supporting procurement processes * Managing office supplies, groceries, and stationery orders * Coordinating with service Ensuring the office is well-organized, clean, and welcoming * Providing general administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements: * Previous experience in office administration or a similar role * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English * A proactive, independent, and reliable approach to work If you’re a people person who loves to keep things in order and make things happen, we’d love to hear from you!
