• end "Transfer to Production" (TTP) process for new products and sub
• assemblies. Perform Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews to optimize production costs, yield, and reliability. Build and maintain complex Manufacturing Bills of Materials (MBOM) and manage engineering changes (ECO/ECR) within the PLM system. Design and oversee the fabrication of specialized assembly tools, fixtures, and jigs to streamline production. Create detailed Work Instructions (WI), routing procedures, and assembly manuals for the production team. Analyze production line failures and implement technical solutions to improve throughput and quality. Requirements B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. 10+ years of experience in NPI or Production Engineering within a high
• tech/defense multidisciplinary environment. Proficiency in SolidWorks (or similar CAD) and experience working with PLM/ERP systems (e.g., Priority, Agile, or SAP). Proven experience with various manufacturing technologies (machining, plastic injection, 3D printing) and assembly of precise mechanical systems. A "Can
• do" attitude with the ability to work in a fast
• paced, milestone
