A project-based hardware company is seeking for a NPI Engineer Responsibilities: * Leading end-to-end NPI processes – from the design and development phase through full stabilization in production. * Responsibility for planning and implementing manufacturing and assembly processes for electronic systems. * Preparation of manufacturing and assembly documentation: work instructions, tools and equipment lists, engineering documentation and routing, drawings. * Establishment and ongoing maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOM) and engineering documentation in the systems. * Leading cross-functional processes and interfacing between R&D, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams. * Solving engineering problems, improving existing processes, and driving efficiency improvements on production lines. * Working with subcontractors in manufacturing and assembly processes. * Performing manufacturability feasibility studies and providing feedback to the development team starting from the design phase. Requirements: * Electronics Technician – mandatory; B.Sc. degree – an advantage. * Proven experience in transfer from development to production (NPI) – mandatory. * Previous experience and familiarity with full manufacturing processes, including electronic assemblies and testing processes. * Proficiency in Priority ERP software – mandatory. * Background in preparing manufacturing files, work instructions, manufacturing and testing specifications, and design of test equipment (jigs) – mandatory. * Very good command of technical English. * Ability to work independently as well as in a team, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to lead processes.
