We are seeking an experienced Measurement Specialist. This role combines analytical expertise with strategic thinking, providing managers with tools and insights to drive improvement and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities * :Designing and advancing measurement processes tailored to unit needs and organizational measurement frameworks * .Advising and supporting managers in developing measurement concepts and mechanisms * .Guiding the integration of measurement into day-to-day workflows * .Analyzing insights derived from measurement processes to enhance organizational strategies * .Contributing to the design and facilitation of unit-level and cross-organizational learning events focused on measurement .
