^^משרה זו נלקחה מ Career^^POSITION SUMMARY Material Coordinator in the offshore oil and gas industry is responsible for managing, tracking, and controlling all materials, tools, equipment, and consumables required for offshore construction, maintenance, drilling, or production operations. This role ensures materials arrive on time, meet project specifications, and are safely stored, issued, and documented in accordance with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and offshore logistics constraints. Material Management & Inventory Control * Maintain accurate inventory of materials, tools, rental equipment, and consumables. * Track inbound and outbound materials using ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Maximo, Oracle, etc.). * Ensure traceability of critical materials such as pressure equipment, piping, welding consumables, and lifting gear. * Conduct cycle counts, stock checks, and discrepancy investigations. 2. Logistics Coordination * Coordinate with onshore logistics teams, supply base personnel, vessel schedulers, and helicopter transport. * Prepare manifests for incoming/outgoing cargo, adhering to offshore manifesting standards. * Manage backload planning for scrap, waste, surplus materials, and returning equipment. * Ensure packaging, labelling, and certification meet offshore transport requirements (IMDG, dangerous goods, lifting certification) . 3. Storage Oversight * Organize safe storage of materials, laydown areas, deck spaces, and containers. * Ensure segregation of hazardous materials and compliance with offshore HSE and environmental procedures. * Maintain appropriate housekeeping and safe access within storage areas. 4. Documentation & Compliance * Prepare and maintain Material Certificates (MTRs), and QA/QC documentation for traceable items. * Verify incoming materials meet project specifications and certification requirements. * Update materials status reports, look
• ahead, and shipping plans. * Support audits related to materials, inventory, and logistics compliance. 5. Coordination with Operations & Construction Teams * Work closely with supervisors, planners, engineers, and offshore construction crews to forecast material requirements. * Expedite materials for ongoing work

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS * High School diploma or equivalent education * 5+ years offshore platforms, FPSOs, experience (Valid BOSIET / FOET) * Experience as a Material Coordinator, Storekeeper, or Logistics Technician in offshore or industrial environments * Understanding of offshore logistics and supply chain processes * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, JD Edwards, Oracle) * Knowledge of offshore safety standards (HSE, OSHA, company
