Marketing & Sales Manager Industrial Manufacturing Company | Northern Israel We are looking for a senior-minded, high-impact International Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the company’s global commercial activity alongside the CEO. This is a business-driven role, focused on building international markets, driving revenue, and positioning the company globally. The role works closely with the CEO as a strategic partner, Role Purpose * Lead and grow the company’s international marketing and sales activity * Build and strengthen the company’s global brand and market presence * Act as a key commercial partner to the CEO in driving international growth * Become, over time, a central figure in managing global marketing and sales Key Responsibilities International Marketing & Brand * Define and execute international marketing strategy * Build global brand positioning across digital channels, partners, exhibitions, and distributors * Develop marketing assets, messaging, and go-to-market plans for international audiences * Identify new markets and growth opportunities International Sales & Business Development * Lead and support international sales processes end-to-end * Develop relationships with customers, distributors, and partners abroad * Drive commercial negotiations and revenue growth in global markets * Represent the company in international meetings, events, and travel Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership * Work closely with the CEO on commercial strategy and execution * Drive cross-departmental initiatives related to marketing and sales * Align headquarters, manufacturing, and commercial teams around shared goals * Push strategic initiatives forward and ensure execution across the organization
