A fast-growing AI company in the Defense-Tech sector is seeking a hands-on Marketing Communications Manager to lead branding, content, and promotional activities. This role involves managing internal and external communications, building a strong brand presence, and leading marketing across multiple platforms. Responsiblities * Lead the Marcom strategy from message development through to execution. * Manage and expand the company’s website, LinkedIn, and additional digital platforms. * Execute content initiatives such as blogs, newsletters, articles, and case studies. * Create and maintain presentations, one-pagers, product materials, and sales kits. * Oversee the production of press releases, advertisements, interviews, and videos. * Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints. * Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and conferences in Israel and abroad. * Support business goals by working closely with Sales, Product, and HR teams. * Coordinate with external designers and agencies on an ongoing basis Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. * 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a startup or technology company. * Previous experience working in defense companies is an advantage. * High-level writing and content creation skills in both Hebrew and English. * Proven experience managing social media, digital campaigns, and website content. * Hands-on proficiency with tools such as WordPress, Canva, HubSpot, or similar. * Capability to work independently with strong attention to detail and project leadership skills. * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
