The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Seanovation’s marketing, branding, communications, and event strategy. The role focuses on promoting the center’s innovation ecosystem, enhancing visibility among startups, corporates, investors, and government, strengthening Seanovation’s brand, and leading impactful events and conferences that position the center as a leading innovation hub in Eilat & the Arava. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role with strategic impact, reporting to the Executive Director. Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding Develop and implement Seanovation’s marketing and branding strategy. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels. Manage campaigns to promote programs, regional innovation initiatives, and events. Support storytelling of success stories, innovations, and partnerships. Communications & PR Plan and execute internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, newsletters, and social media. Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and key stakeholders. Represent Seanovation in public forums, events, and conferences. Coordinate announcements, launches, and marketing materials. Event & Conference Management Plan, organize, and manage events, workshops, conferences, and networking initiatives, from concept to execution. Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver high-quality, impactful events. Ensure all events support Seanovation’s brand positioning and ecosystem goals. Track event performance, attendance, engagement, and impact. Digital & Content Manage Seanovation’s online presence: website, social media, digital campaigns. Develop engaging content highlighting programs, startups, partnerships, and events. Monitor digital performance and optimize campaigns. Community Engagement & Partnerships Engage and grow the innovation community locally and internationally. Facilitate communication and collaboration between startups, corporates, investors, and public partners. Build strategic partnerships supporting ecosystem growth and event participation. Reporting & Metrics Monitor KPIs related to marketing reach, event success, engagement, and brand visibility. Provide regular reporting to leadership on campaign, event, and ecosystem performance. Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, or event management, preferably in innovation, tech, or startup ecosystems. Strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, PR, and event planning/execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew – advantage. Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders, and execute campaigns and events end-to-end. Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
