We want to connect our marketing data into one clear view: Meta / Google / TikTok / Taboola / Outbrain → website funnel → CRM → dashboards & insights. Problems we want to solve (fast): 1. Identify campaigns that waste money as early as possible 2. Identify funnels that don’t convert into revenue as early as possible 3. Give management + marketing clear data on what works and what doesn’t What you’ll do: * Build and maintain marketing dashboards: Spend → Leads → Lead Quality → CRM stages → outcomes * Define and implement tracking: UTMs, events, conversions + naming conventions * Ongoing measurement QA: missing UTMs, broken events, inconsistent data * Provide actionable insights and clear stop/scale recommendations Must-have (no exceptions): * Proven experience in BOTH BI/dashboarding AND hands-on tracking/measurement * (UTMs + events + conversions + QA — not only reading reports) Nice to have: * Zoho CRM / Zoho Analytics * GA4 / GTM * SQL / Looker Studio / Power BI Time commitment: 1–2 hours/day retainer (long-term) To apply: Send 2 short sanitized examples: 1.
