ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Engineer- Role Overview * Project Leadership: Manage and lead ILS content across various company projects, including matrix management of internal and external teams. * End-to-End Responsibility: Full accountability for the implementation of ILS requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Technical Documentation: Characterize and write technical specifications, design documents (SDR/PDR/CDR), and test plans. Perform engineering logistics analysis, including maintainability and testability assessments. * Training & Literature: Review technical literature, lead professional courses, and conduct technical training for Level A (Organizational) maintenance. * Bids & Proposals: Provide technical support and expertise for tenders, proposals, and maintenance contracts. * Subcontractor Management: Oversee internal and external contractors for the characterization, development, production, integration, testing, and delivery of Support Equipment (SE) and Test Equipment (TE) for various maintenance levels. * Customer Support: Provide ongoing engineering support for customer service departments. Requirements * Education: B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, a relevant technological degree, or an Electronics Practical Engineer with at least 5 years of proven experience in maintenance/logistics engineering. * RF Expertise: Practical or engineering experience in the RF field – Significant Advantage. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with ERP systems – Advantage. * Soft Skills: Proven ability to work independently in a challenging environment, matrix management capabilities, and strong decision-making skills. * Languages: Hebrew (Fluent), English (High level): Proven ability in writing, reading, and speaking, including delivering presentations to internal and external clients. -Additional languages – Advantage. * Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage, monitor, and lead subcontractors. * Project Management: Experience in PM tasks (Work Plans, budget management, vendor/subcontractor management) – Advantage. * Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, fast learner, and willing to work in a high-intensity environment.
