• house Legal Counsel to join our legal team at our Kfar Sava HQ As part of your role, you will: Provide legal support to LiveU entities worldwide. Work closely across multiple departments such as sales, procurement, product and R&D to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice on different legal and regulatory matters. Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements. Create and maintain standard templates. Advise various stakeholders of potential risks in contractual, financial and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies. Collaborate and build valuable relationships across the company, including with outside counsels in multiple jurisdictions.
