Responsibilities * Design, development, and implementation of cross-organizational learning processes, including analysis and creation of diverse learning solutions – traditional, digital, and gamified * Monitoring and evaluation of training programs and learning solutions * Ongoing collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external vendors Requirements * Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree * 2+ years of experience as a Learning Coordinator / Learning & Development role within an organization * Proven experience in designing and leading training and learning projects * Experience in developing learning materials – an advantage * Strong management and process-leading skills, ability to work independently, creative thinking, high initiative, and strong motivation Location * On-site position at the company’s offices in Bnei Brak, approximately a 7-minute walk from the “Ben Gurion” light rail station
