• החלפה לחל"ד (לפחות ל 9 חודשים) *המשרה ממוקמת באתרי התפעול שלנו בעידן הנגב תיאור משרה תכלול והובלה של כלל תהליכי הלמידה והפיתוח הארגוני, בהתאם לתוכנית עבודה שנתית (כגון: הערכת ביצועים, סקר ארגוני, הדרכות מקצועיות, קהילות מקצועיות וכו') ייזום והובלת פתרונות ופרוייקטי למידה חוצי
• מפעלים בהתאם לצרכים עסקיים משתנים שיפור מתמיד של תהליכי למידה והסמכה והטמעת מתודולוגיות וטכנולוגיות למידה חדשניים ליווי מקצועי של אחראיות ההדרכה במפעלים
• חניכה, פיתוח מקצועי, והבטחת סטנדרטיזציה ואחידות בתהליכים ניהול תוכנית מסלולי התפתחות וקריירה עבודה שוטפת עם ממשקים מגוונים בישראל ובעולם ומול שותפים בחברת פפסיקו העולמית
• משאבי אנוש, מנהלים, איכות, בטיחות וכו' דרישות ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות בלמידה ארגונית / פיתוח ארגוני / הדרכה
• חובה ניסיון בליווי והנחיית צוותים מקצועיים היכרות עם כלים טכנולוגיים בלמידה יכולת ניהול פרויקטים משלב איתור הצורך ועד להוצאה לפועל של הפתרון יכולת עבודה עצמאית, יוזמה, חשיבה מערכתית ויכולת הנעה של ממשקים ניסיון בעבודה גלובלית
