We are looking for a Learning & AI Enablement Specialist to join our OD & Learning team. In the first stage, this role will focus heavily on AI enablement and training — supporting employees in adopting and using AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) in their day‑to‑day work through practical learning experiences, communities, and hands‑on sessions. Over time, the role will expand to include broader Learning & Development responsibilities and projects, supporting organizational learning initiatives beyond AI. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow within OD & Learning, build strong facilitation and learning design skills, and work in a fast‑evolving space. Key Responsibilities * Design and deliver practical AI trainings and learning experiences for employees * Support and maintain AI learning spaces and communities (channels, sessions, content) * Translate new AI tool features and updates into clear, usable learning materials * Facilitate live virtual trainings and workshops for mixed skill levels * Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with approved tools and guidelines * Curate examples, tips, and use cases that help employees apply learning to real work * Contribute to additional OD & Learning projects over time (e.g., learning programs, internal workshops, enablement initiatives) Why This Role * Strong AI exposure with room to grow into broader L&D and OD work * High visibility and impact on how employees learn and adopt new tools * Close collaboration with OD, HR, IT, and business teams * A solid growth path for someone building a long‑term career in Learning & Development Requirements: What You Bring Experience & Background * 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, enablement, training, or a related field * Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering trainings, workshops, or learning initiatives * Ability to adapt content to different audiences and skill levels * Comfort working with internal stakeholders across teams * Experience working in dynamic environments with changing priorities AI & Digital Learning Orientation * Interest in AI and digital tools used at work (experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot is a strong advantage) * Ability to learn new tools quickly and explain them in simple, practical terms * Curiosity about how technology supports productivity and learning
