• quality execution of people processes. As a Cognyter you will:
• Design and deliver leadership development programs, including foundational offerings and tailored solutions for organizational needs.
• Plan and support OD initiatives such as change management, capability building, and upskilling across teams and functions.
• Manage core people processes, including system setup, data tracking, workflow coordination, training and monitoring. Requirements For that mission you’ll need:
• 7+ Expertise in OD, leadership development, and program design
• Must
• Proven project and process management skills and strong technological skills.
• Ability to work across functions and align multiple contributors around shared goals.
• Strategic and system
