• Building a divisional knowledge preservation plan and monitoring its ongoing implementatio n
• Improving internal processes to support efficiency and operational excellenc e
• Implementing Lessons Learned processes to strengthen organizational learnin g
• Establishing and operating divisional knowledge communitie s
• Defining and developing metrics that support knowledge management processe s
• Defining requirements and implementing SharePoint site s

• Relevant academic education in a related field requir ed
• At least 3 years of experience in process improvement and implementation in large organizations requir ed
