You will lead strategic engagement with healthcare professionals and institutions, ensuring patients have access to innovative treatments. Please note that this is a field based role. Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and oncology centers. * Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with local healthcare dynamics. * Provide scientific education and support to healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment decisions. * Collaborate with internal teams, including medical, marketing, and market access, to deliver seamless customer experiences. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies. * Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and local regulations. Basic Qualifications & Skills: * Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in oncology or hematology sales. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency in Hebrew and English. * Ability to travel within the country as required. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Business. * Experience in key account management or product launches. * Familiarity with Israel’s healthcare system and oncology landscape. * Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. * Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.
