Role Responsibilities: * Intake, review, and end-to-end management of mortgage portfolios * Analytical review and preparation of mortgage cases – from data collection, through portfolio analysis, to forming a professional recommendation * Ongoing work with mortgage advisors and management of continuous professional interfaces * Strengthening personal and professional relationships with advisors and creating long-term collaborations * Independent work alongside close collaboration within a skilled and experienced professional team. Job Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Business Administration – required * Familiarity with the mortgage field – an advantage * Experience in the mortgage field within the banking system – a significant advantage Desired Skills: * High level of responsibility, initiative, and ability to work independently * Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail * Diligence and flexibility * Ability to work effectively in a team * Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
