XTEND is seeking a motivated and versatile Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Mechanical Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to R&D activities and supporting the evolution of our cutting‑edge systems—from early concept stages through mass production. Responsibilities * Design and develop assemblies and mechanical components, including drones, payloads, and ground equipment. * Collaborate daily with the board design team and system engineers to support system-level integration. * Prepare detailed manufacturing documentation and mechanical drawings to support production and testing processes Requirements: * B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical design. * Full proficiency in SolidWorks, including experience with large assemblies. * Strong understanding of mechanical and technical drawings. * Experience working with multi‑disciplinary systems. * Hands-on knowledge of various manufacturing technologies, including: * 3D printing * CNC Machining * Injection molding * Hands-on approach, solution-oriented, self-motivated, and strong teamwork qualities Advantages * Experience working with SolidWorks PDM * Practical experience using 3D printers and CNC machines
