We are looking for a passionate and motivated student to join our FP&A team as a Junior FP&A Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a leading global gaming company. You’ll work closely with cross-functional finance teams, contributing to real business decisions and learning how financial strategy drives company growth. Responsibilities: * Supporting the studio’s FP&A team with day-to-day responsibilities, including reporting, analysis, and budget tracking. * Analyzing monthly Actual vs. Budget reports and helping extract actionable insights * Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial forecasts * Collaborate with FP&A team members to support budget owners across the organization. * Helping with various day-to-day financial tasks and ad-hoc analyses * Supporting the annual budget planning process * Assisting in monitoring new purchase orders and budget requests * Working closely with teams in Israel and abroad, including accounting and bookkeeping. * Participating in the month-end close process Requirements: * Third-year student in Economics or Business Administration, with honors. * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset * High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint * Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail * Fluent in English (both written and verbal, , including the ability to confidently hold face-to-face conversations with native speakers) * Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn * Ability to work independently, detail-oriented and manage time effectively * Availability for part-time work with flexible hours We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
