In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure a smooth experience, support their needs, and help maximize the value they receive from our solutions. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing support and guidance throughout their journey. Understand client needs and business processes in order to provide tailored solutions. Assist in onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience. Manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously while maintaining high service standards. Learn and stay up to date with company products, tools, and technological processes. Requirements Requirements Student or graduate in Industrial Engineering & Management or Business Administration. Full
• time availability is a must! Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English, including business writing. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
