About the Role: We are seeking a Business Applications Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our SaaS systems and internal business applications. This role involves ongoing collaboration with system vendors, supporting internal users, and coordinating across multiple organizational stakeholders—from implementation through daily operations. Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day relationships with system vendors, including technical troubleshooting and internal user consultation * Oversee system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance initiatives * Monitor and ensure effective system utilization across the organization while providing comprehensive user support * Coordinate with IT teams and internal project stakeholders to optimize and enhance system performance * Document processes and provide regular performance reports, issue tracking, and solutions to management * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operation. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Management or Information Systems – Required * 1-2 years of experience in system operations, implementation, business application management, or similar role * Familiarity rejection with SaaS platforms such as Cellosign, Glassix, Inforyou, or comparable systems * Proven experience working with external vendors: coordination, incident management, and process ownership Personal skills: * Strong independent work ethic with excellent team collaboration skills * Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management * Ability to coordinate and manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders * Solid technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
