Junior Broker – Banking Desks! We are looking for a Junior Broker to join our corporate banking desks, working directly with leading companies in the market. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that involves constant communication, coordination, and information flow — both in writing and in real time. We are a banking-focused startup that has been operating for over 20 years. Our work is conducted under strict regulatory and compliance standards, and we collaborate directly with banking desks at some of the largest financial institutions in the world. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, sharp thinking, and a genuine desire to learn how the banking and market environment operates from the inside. What You'll Be Doing * Communicating daily with corporate clients and internal stakeholders * Supporting transaction execution and coordinating between teams * Monitoring relevant market information and understanding implications * Handling multiple processes simultaneously and responding in real time * Learning the terminology, workflow, and dynamics of banking desks Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Computer Science — Must * Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written + verbal) * Ability to work in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment * Analytical mindset and commercial curiosity * High motivation to learn the banking world from the inside Advantages * Previous exposure to financial markets or corporate banking * High-level English * Experience working with corporate clients Who This Role Fits This role is ideal for someone who wants to enter the banking ecosystem, work with major companies, understand how deals get done, and build a foundation for future paths in corporate banking, sales & trading, investment, or financial analysis.
