We are looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. This role blends customer success with internal communication coordination, offering a unique opportunity to grow across multiple functions. As the first point of contact for B2C customers and a key support for internal team operations, you’ll ensure smooth customer experiences and efficient information flow within the company. This position is ideal for someone motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership from day one. Responsibilities: Manage B2C customer accounts throughout their lifecycle Provide day-to-day support and ensure an excellent user experience Coordinate internal communication between teams Monitor customer feedback and identify trends and opportunities Stay updated on iGaming products and offerings Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset Proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities Interest in technology and digital operations Quick to learn new tools and systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Advantages: Previous experience in customer success or account management Familiarity with the iGaming or B2C industry Experience in internal coordination or project support
